The SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator valve is equipped with a manometer connector, which can be used when setting the condensate pressure. When both the air-cooled condenser and the liquid reservoir are placed in a very cold outdoor environment, it can be difficult to restart the refrigeration system after a long stopping period. In this case, the SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator is installed in front of the air-cooled condenser, and there is an NRD in the bypass line around the condenser. the NRV prevents backflow during startup. The SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator can also be used in heat recovery applications. In this application, the SKVR is installed between the heat recovery conduit and the condenser. An NRV needs to be installed between the condenser and the receiver to prevent reverse condensation of the liquid in the condenser. In refrigeration systems with automatic defrosting, the SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator can be used as a pressure relief valve. Here, the SKVR is installed between the evaporator outlet tube and the receiver.

SANHENG SKVR-12/15/22/28/35 Condensing Pressure Regulator used to maintain a consistently high condenser and reservoir pressure in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment using air-cooled condensers. It’s generally installed on the cooling water pipe of the condenser and adjusts the flow of cooling water according to the change of condensing pressure. It adjusts the opening degree of the valve by directly sensing the pressure change of the refrigerant circulation. In areas where the ambient temperature changes dramatically, the system can solve many condenser control problems because it can suppress pressure changes, thereby preventing problems. When the condensing pressure of the refrigeration system rises, the SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator will automatically open, so that more cooling water enters the condenser and speeds up the condensation of the refrigerant. On the contrary, when the condensing pressure drops, the SKVR Condensing Pressure Regulator valve will automatically turn off, so that the cooling water into the condenser is reduced, so that the condensing pressure is kept within a certain range.
How is it adjusted and set? SKVR + NRD Condensing Pressure Regulator Valve In refrigeration systems using SKVR + NRD, the SKVR setting must give the appropriate receiver pressure. It is permissible for the pressure in the condenser to be 1.4 to 3.0 bar (pressure drop in NRD) higher than the pressure in the receiver. If this is not permitted, the SKVR + KVR layout must be used. It is best to make this setting during winter operation.
