SANHENG quality TX2 series Thermal Expansion Valve For Freezer. In a freezer system, the expansion valve is used to balance the pressure difference between the condenser and evaporator to ensure proper system
operation. Expansion valve makes the medium temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant become low temperature and low pressure wet vapour through its throttling, and then the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to achieve the refrigeration effect, and the expansion valve controls the flow of the valve through the change of superheat at the end of the evaporator to prevent the phenomenon of under-utilisation and knocking of the cylinder in the evaporator area.
Thermal Expansion Valve For Freezer is located between the liquid storage cylinder and the evaporator. It’s main function is to regulate the refrigerant flow rate within the system, thus controlling the pressure and temperature of the refrigeration system. When the condenser pressure rises, the expansion valve opens to increase the refrigerant flow; conversely, the expansion valve closes to reduce the refrigerant flow to maintain stable operation of the system. Expansion valve evaporation temperature range: -40℃ to + 10℃.
